Client brief/need: The client wanted their own designer to create a new look and feel commercial site that was consistent with their print media presence. They needed site maintainence that would allow for quick changes at sort notice along with regular updates. Catalogue presentation was important and needed to be adaptable to different size and shape catalogues. Marketing staff wanted to be able to run the site in the most cost effective manner and move from a previously high cost - low return situation. The aim was not to sell pharmacies on the web but encourage customers into the stores.
Solution: The Amcal brand designers created the current look and feel of the site and Directdeal Internet built the web site and arranged hosting through Webcentral. Updates are carried out by Directdeal Internet via email or phone instructions. Small tasks are build in one minute intervals making this a very cost effective web solution. Amcal staff can update member pharmacy details via a secure site area. This is managed off a SQL database.

Biblical Turning PointsBiblical Turning points
Client brief/need: The client wanted a web site that he could eventually update and develop himself. The client had Dreamweaver software. The client had a logo developed and brochures. The client wished to eventually add online course enrolments and take credit card payments.
Solution: With the input of the client a web site design was undertaken. This design was in php and links to a my SQL database. The client has had initial personalized tuition from Directdeal Internet. Enrolments will be facilitated with database managed information. A credit card payment system to be integrated with EWAY.

LocalDentist sites : for more dental web information
Client brief/need: Dentists need a web site that both promotes the practice in an attractive manner as a "yellow pages" type listing. In addition concientious dentists wanted to help their patients with easy to read meaningful health information but they didn't have time to devote to this task. Emergency information was also seen as important for patients out of normal practice hours.
Solution: A ready made list of over 50 pages of dental health information was developed and updates were added each month to keep this up-to-date. Graphic design involves dentist present stationery where possible.

Family PlannerFamily Planner
Client brief/need: The client wanted to sell calanders on the internet and collect credit card payments online. The client wanted a cost effective solution which would need updating only once a year. The client emails images from the graphic designer each year.
Solution: A small site was developed that gave a good accurate representation of the calander. Online orders and payments occur via the EWAY gateway.

Localorthodontist sites : for more dental web information
Client brief/need: Orthodontists are busy professionals who want a professional web presence. Information for patients written and presented in an easy to read manner is a priority.
Solution: Each orthodonitst has an individual web site and the benefit of pages and pages of information already developed and customised to the look and feel of the individual orthodontist web site.

Client brief/need: A web presence was needed to compliment a personalized communication program for a healthcare product.
Solution: A boutique site was created allowing clients to find out more about the product and contact the sales team.
